1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

• "629jl," "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://629jl.cam, duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "You," "Your": Refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the website, uses our services, or places bets on the 629jl platform.
• "Account": The personal gaming account created by a Player on the 629jl platform, used to deposit funds, place bets, and withdraw winnings.
• "Website" or "Platform": The online portal located at https://629jl.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, apps, and subdomains operated by 629jl.
• "Services": All gaming products, betting markets, casino games, promotions, customer support, and related functionalities provided by 629jl.
• "PAGCOR": Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing all legal gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Bet": Any wager placed by the Player on sports events, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, or other gaming products offered on the 629jl platform.
• "Balance": The total amount of funds held in the Player's Account, including deposited money, bonus funds, and winnings.
• "Withdrawal": The process by which a Player requests to transfer funds from their 629jl Account to their designated payment method (bank account, e-wallet, etc.).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with 629jl or use any of our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have attained the minimum legal age for gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately suspended, and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

629jl is licensed to operate within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. You confirm that online gambling is legal in your place of residence and that you are not accessing our Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. We do not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, and we reserve the right to close accounts and confiscate funds if fraud or jurisdictional violations are discovered.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) Account with 629jl. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, email, phone number, payment method, IP address, or household are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, cancel all pending bets, void all bonuses, and forfeit any balances held therein. Winnings derived from duplicate accounts will not be honored.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must update your Account information immediately if any details change. 629jl reserves the right to verify the accuracy of your information at any time, including requesting documentation such as valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 629jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

629jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payment centers (7-Eleven, Palawan Express), and such other methods as we may make available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Player.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are set based on payment method and Player account status. VIP Players may have higher limits subject to approval. 629jl reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on your financial institution. 629jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 629jl Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks at any time. If we suspect fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity, we will freeze your Account, report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant authorities, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified GCash account or Philippine bank account registered in your name. 629jl does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Amounts below this threshold cannot be withdrawn and must remain in the Account or be used for further wagering.

4.3 Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for GCash and e-wallet transfers, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. VIP Players may be eligible for expedited processing. 629jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, 629jl may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.

4.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted, unless the Player forfeits any bonus funds and associated winnings. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent use of the platform. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

629jl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. Participation in promotions is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x) of the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all. Specific contribution percentages are outlined in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

629jl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a Player is abusing promotions. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Players, and any other behavior deemed to be in bad faith. Our decisions on bonus abuse are final and binding.

5.4 Maximum Bet Rule

While bonus funds are active, Players may be subject to maximum bet limits (typically ₱100–₱500 per bet, depending on the promotion). Bets exceeding the stated maximum will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from those bets. Always review the specific terms of each promotion before wagering.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

629jl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or accept any bet at our sole discretion. We may impose maximum win limits and maximum bet limits on certain events or Players without prior notice. All bets are final once accepted and cannot be canceled or amended by the Player.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., NBA, PBA, Premier League, ATP). If an event is postponed, canceled, or not completed as scheduled, bets may be voided, or settlement rules specific to the sport and bet type will apply. In-play (live) bets are subject to rapid odds changes; by placing a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed.

6.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) or conducted by live dealers under video surveillance. 629jl guarantees fair play and regularly audits game outcomes for compliance. Any malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during play, 629jl will investigate and settle the bet in accordance with established procedures.

6.4 Error and Disputes

In the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, technical glitches), 629jl reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. Players must report suspected errors or disputes within twenty-four (24) hours of the bet settlement. Disputes not raised within this timeframe will not be considered. All decisions made by 629jl management regarding bet settlement and disputes are final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

629jl reserves the right to suspend or close any Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that the Player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or acted in bad faith. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: underage gambling, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our platform.

8.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirements. Accounts closed by the Player cannot be reopened unless specifically authorized by 629jl management.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity or deposits for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 629jl reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

9. Intellectual Property and License

9.2 Limited License

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, except where PAGCOR arbitration or mediation is required.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 629jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation or arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Decisions made by PAGCOR or through arbitration shall be final and binding.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

629jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the 629jl platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using our Services and close your Account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 629jl regarding your use of the platform and Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, between you and 629jl.
